TOPS provides an intuitive interface for you and any other users you specify to administrate and make changes to your Toy Network program at any time. Through the administrative interface, you can add or remove items, set per-order quantity limits, set item ticket values, view tracking numbers and print invoices for all sites, and download item usage reports to Excel for some or all of your individual locations. Adding and removing items from your program is as easy as typing in the item number. Removing an item from your program is equally easy - just click Delete! The included editing screen allows you to set your per-order quantity limits and point values if you have asked Toy Network to enable the complimentary item point system on your account.
Through a link featured on most pages, your administrative users can also access our entire product catalog in a fun and easy to use digital interface. Any item that you find in our catalog can be added to your TOPS ordering program! By simply entering the item numbers and separating them with commas, multiple items can be added to your program at the same time! All items that you add will be sold to your company at the specific prices you have set up with Toy Network.
Not only does TOPS grant you access to information about all orders placed through the TOPS system, it also allows you to view any invoice against your account with Toy Network. This makes it easy to download, reprint, and file any invoice you received in the last 12 months. All TOPS invoices will be billed with the current method of payment you have on file with Toy Network.
