Ordering in Action

Placing orders through TOPS couldn't be easier! The process is simple to follow and can be completed in seconds. Once logged in with an ordering account, users simply select the quantities of the products they wish to order, click Next, review their order, and click Submit Order. The products that are allowed to be ordered are managed through your separate administrative logins, and confirmation emails are sent to your administrators, the ordering user, and Toy Network to ensure that no one can place an order without your knowledge. Secure Ordering

TOPS provides secure ordering for existing customers. Logging into TOPS as an ordering specialist allows the user to place an order and view order history for their specific location. You can assign an unlimited number of ordering logins to an unlimited number of physical site locations, giving you unlimited potential for delegating your ordering process while still retaining control of your purchase process.

Customized Interface

Every TOPS screen is customized with your company logo and information specific to your organization. Through TOPS, your users can place an order or view their order history as well as view our entire product catalog in a fun and easy to use digital interface. This can help drive bottom-up item selection and allow your ordering specialists to request that you add new items to your Toy Network program.

Lightning Fast Orders

TOPS orders are quick, secure, and easy to place. The list of products that are available for your users to order are controlled through your administrative interface. In the same administrative area, you can set per-order product quantity limits and ticket/point values. You also control whether or not your users see the price of the items they are ordering. Further, your users can be required to fill in additional information about the order they are placing. This could be anything from a PO number to special shipping instructions - these additional fields are fully customizable and allow for unlimited possibilities.

1-Step Confirmation

TOPS asks users to verify their orders before they are sent to Toy Network for processing. This is to ensure order accuracy and to allow the user to make any necessary changes before submission. Once the order is placed, automatic email confirmations are sent to the user that placed the order, all of your administrative contacts, and Toy Network. This ensures that you always know when, and more importantly what, all of your users are ordering.

Informative History

TOPS provides ordering specialist logins with the ability to place a new order or view order history. This history is tied to the site they are ordering for, so they will see orders placed by any other users that were shipped to their physical location. Additional information is also provided through the order history page. Users will be able to see and print invoices for orders that shipped to their site as well as view tracking numbers for the shipments. Any special notes provided by Toy Network customer service will also be visible.
